Stop off at Bangkok
The Woraaburi is in an excellent location and easy to find. The staff were excellent and helpful. They have a nice coffee shop on site downstairs. They have a decent pool, and the room and the shower were OK.
It's an older hotel , so don't expect everything to be gleaming. The car park is small and on a very narrow access road. The drains outside were smelly at our time of visit.

Good value
For the money, Woraburi is good value. I cannot complain at all. Night time it was very quiet, I had a good sleep. Front desk gave me all the info I needed. I recommend woraburi for those who are on budget.
There was only one little thing, that was the tuktuk lift to a Nana station was not there, so I had to walk 10 minutes.

Don’t stay till Pool operational in April unless price is reduced
Ok so this is a fairly regular hotel of mine over the last 10 years. Normally I think a fair price for the location considering also got a pool. BUT the pool is undergoing refurb till some point in April - a month away which was not clear on booking site. So be warned if you stay there is no pool. Also the bar is undergoing refurb till mid March - also not advertised. They should have reduced rates and informed on site. The rooms are basic, the bed like many are very firm. The staff though are very very good. I would stay again but only if pool is operational. Location is great - 5 mins from night life but also quiet and -0 mins walk from BTS. Taxi bike stand just a min away. Can’t comment on food since the refurb is happening.
